Processing times
Your items will be processed within 1 to 2 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our warehouse based in France.
Delivery times:
- 2 to 4 working days with tracking for France;
- 3 to 6 working days with tracking for Belgium and Luxembourg;
- 6 to 10 working days with tracking for overseas territories.
Delivery methods:
- Via the “COLISSIMO” postal services for France, the rest of Europe and French overseas departments and territories;
- Via Mondial Relay “Point Relais” for France and Europe.
